Recently, Apollo Tyres came forward to announce the resignation of Vikram Garga, Group Head of Marketing (APMEA), a senior management personnel from 31st March 2024 due to personal reasons.

Significance of Departure

Mr. Garga's departure signifies a significant change within Apollo Tyres' leadership structure. In compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the company has showcased all the details in Annexure A, with Mr. Garga's resignation letter enclosed as Annexure B.
